Soybean

Soybeans contain about 40% protein, and the protein content is 84% GLOBULIN, 4% ALBUMIN, 4% PROTEOSE, and 6% non-protein nitrogen compounds.

More than 80% of soy protein consists of globulin.

                                                                                        

Chickpea

Chickpeas are a highly nutritious food, particularly rich in protein and fiber. Additionally, they contain a variety of vitamins and minerals. 

Chickpeas contain 60% water, 27% carbohydrates, 9% protein, and 3% fat by weight, with 75% of the fat consisting of unsaturated fatty acids.

Mung beans are rich in beta-carotene and are a high-protein, low-fat food rich in various vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids.
